Pastor Luis and his wife, Dinora, were appointed to serve as Global Partners' missionaries to Latin America in November 1999. They assist Spanish-speaking churches in Latin America through evangelistic activities and crusades.  

In 2004, Global Partners’ gave approval for Luis to gather a group to help with his ever-growing ministry.  IMPACTO, Luis Martinez Spanish Ministries is now up and running to assist Luis with his crusades, mission conferences, and mission teams.  So far, he has led crusades in 23 different countries in South America, Central America, Mexico, North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Luis is a native of Guatemala and from a Christian home. From the time he was 17, he began to discover the gifts that God had created in him and believed that he could reach many people in the world for God. For over 20 years he has been an evangelist with IMPACT International in Central and South America. He continues to do a 15 minute radio program that is heard in 27 countries (including Cuba) on 345 local radio stations with a potential of 80 million listeners.

Dinora is also from Guatemala. She became a Christian at an evangelistic crusade that Luis had invited her to when they were dating. When Dinora accepted Luis' proposal for marriage, she also accepted the call to missionary service. She has participated in training workshops for teaching Bible studies to women.

"I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand, I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles" Isaiah 42:6.

Luis and Dinora have two daughters and one son-in-law, Ana, Andrea and her husband Tony.
